Provide non-judgmental services to end homelessness.
We recognize an individual’s strengths, capacities and right to self determination.
We affirm each person’s dignity and show respect through non-judgmental advocacy.
We commit to Housing First and harm reduction principles.
A community where everyone has safe and affordable housing.
In recent years the agency has moved well beyond the stereotyped emergency shelter image of ‘two hots and a cot’ into the holistic provision of a continuum of housing and shelter services designed to meet a variety of individual needs with dignity and respect. We continue to increase our commitment–both fiscally and philosophically–to providing ongoing support services to former guests–services which help break the cycle of homelessness and provide people environments where positive life-shaping change feels safe, desirable and possible.
