We rely on volunteers to prepare lunch and dinner for approximately 40 people on Saturdays and Sundays. Meals may be prepared in our kitchen or delivered to Joseph’s House. Volunteers have prepared a variety of food, from ethnic dishes to pizza, to family favorites. Consider including:
A main entrée such as a soup, a casserole, meat, or pasta… Cooked vegetables and/or a salad… A starch such as potatoes, rice, or rolls… Something sweet for dessert… We provide beverages. Volunteers are always welcome to eat with our guests.
